New Beginning CrossFit Series Starts

This is our 2 week long introduction to CrossFit in general, and Ballard CrossFit in particular! This series is 6 classes total, over the course of 2 weeks. The class schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays at either 10am or 7:30pm, as well as Saturdays at 11am.
