I grew up in Olympia, WA / played competitive volleyball through high school / I moved to Seattle for college and rowed for a couple years at UW / started CrossFit at BCF in 2022 and started coaching in 2023 / I followed in my dad’s footsteps to compete in triathlons, including 2024 half ironman world championships / I always have some sort of endurance race coming up / passionate about inclusivity and women in sports / When I’m not at the gym, you can find me working at the Barking Dog Alehouse or walking my pack of dogs, most notably Hank, the honorary gym dog
