OUR DROP IN POLICY
Visiting our great city of Seattle and need a temporary gym home while you are here? We would love to have you join us for a class (or a lot of classes)! As long as you have prior CrossFit experience, we don’t require any advanced notice of your visit. Just c’mon in when it's convenient for you.
We do not currently allow non-members to drop in just to use our "Open Gym" hours. Those hours are reserved for our members to work on additional programming provided by coaches to supplement their participation in our classes and gym community.
what should I expect when i drop-in?
We recommend you arrive about 10 minutes prior to your class time. We will have you fill out a waiver (or you can take care of that ahead of time here), and give you a quick tour of our space. When the floor is empty from the class before yours, grab the equipment that you will need for the WOD, and get set up out on the floor.
If you are interested in trying a class with us, but have never done CrossFit before, we will direct you to our Beginning CrossFit Series. We don’t allow drop-ins without experience as it is a disservice to our members to have our Coaches focused on individuals who aren’t familiar with the movements. What is the cost for a drop-in visit?
The cost to drop-in at Ballard CrossFit is $20. If you are in town for longer than one day and will be dropping in multiple times, the cost is $15 for each additional class. We accept cash, or MasterCard / Visa. If you’d like to rep our kick ass gym and purchase some swag, we will comp your drop-in fee when you purchase $25 of retail items.
