Goal: To better prepare for long days of mountain adventure in the PNW.
What: Mountain Fit Club is for people who enjoy all types of outdoor activities… hikers, backpackers, mountaineers, alpinists, skiers, snowboarders, etc. Each cycle of MFC has a seasonal focus, while still providing fitness training for your outdoor endeavors. MFC will give you that next step toward improving your fitness as you pursue your mountain passions. Whether you’ve you summited Mt. Rainier multiple times or enjoy leisurely weekend hikes, MFC will better prepare you to attain your goals.
Who: EVERYONE! Any/all gym members who are looking for longer, more endurance based workouts are encouraged to sign up! Of course we expect all the outdoor freaks, too!
When: We run 2 cycles each year dedicated to mountain specific pursuits in the Spring and the Fall.
- Spring 2018: Starts Wednesday 5/2 and runs for 6 weeks, ending 6/6 (backpacking/hiking focus).
- Fall 2018: Starts Wednesday 9/5 and runs for 6 weeks, ending 10/10 (skiing/snowboarding focus).
Cost: MFC costs $50 for Unlimited Monthly members, $60* for 4x/week members, and $75* for 3x/week members. *Athletes that are interested in moving from 3 visits/week or 4 visits/week to Unlimited get their first Mountain Fit Club FREE when they upgrade!
