Please join us for a gym-wide annual event! Every Memorial Day, we run the Hero WOD “Murph” to honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005. Come tough it out through this workout as we celebrate our freedoms, and the courage and selfless sacrifice of this American hero!
The event starts at 9am, everyone is welcome: Scaled, Rx, and FB - there is a great workout for all levels!!
We are collecting a $15 minimum donation to give to Wounded Warrior Project. Plan to bring cash to the event!

Join us for our Fall 2018 Barbell Club! It will run on Wednesday nights beginning on 10/10/18 We will have 2 sessions for this club - 4:30-6:00pm and 6:00-7:30pm. Ballard Barbell Club is all about lifting! We love all things Barbell with a focus on the Olympic Lifts: the Clean & Jerk and Snatch. If you're looking to get stronger, improve your technique, or just slam some weights with the coolest people around - come join us!
