Please join us outside for a summer track workout! This will be in place of the gym WOD for this day. The gym will be closed and there will be no open gym for this Saturday. We will meet at regular class times (7am, 8am, 9am, and 10am) at the track behind Salmon Bay School (NW 67th St + 19th Ave NW). See you there!
Join us for our Summer 2018 Gymnastics Club! It will run on Tuesday nights beginning on 8/7/18. We will have 2 sessions for this club - Intermediate from 5:30-7:00pm and Essentials from 7:00-8:30pm. Ballard Gymnastics Club is about all things gymnastics! Our 6-Week Progression is designed to help our athletes better understand and apply correct positions to all of our favorite gymnastics movements! We typically focus on general core strengthening and control as well as two gymnastics-specific movements in each cycle. Some examples include: handstand progressions, ring work, pull-up varieties, pistols squats and muscle-ups. If you're looking to improve your technique, avoid injury with these movements or learn more about gymnastics positions with the best people around, Ballard Gymnastics Club is for you!
Please join us for our 3rd annual Ballard CF Beach Day! We will send some coaches out early to scout a good spot for us and then post on IG where we are at! We will bring cornhole and spikeball, feel free to bring any additional beach games! BYO chilled beverage, and come hang out with our awesome CF fam! See you all there!
Our upcoming Mountain Fit Club will run on Wednesday evenings beginning September 5th, 2018. MFC will last 6 weeks, ending on October 10th. MFC will run from 5:30-7:00pm and 7:00-8:30pm.

Ballard Barbell Club is all about lifting! We love all things Barbell with a focus on the Olympic Lifts: the Clean & Jerk and Snatch. If you're looking to get stronger, improve your technique, or just slam some weights with the coolest people around - come join us!
