BEGINNING CROSSFIT SCHEDULE:
Our Beginning CrossFit Series is capped at 18 for each session. If you are unable to sign-up for the start date you'd like that is because the class is full. Please email email@example.com to be added to the waitlist.
PLEASE NOTE! Our Beginning CrossFit Series runs on Monday's and Thursday's for 3 weeks! There are 6 classes in each series, each class is 75 minutes long.
This series runs from 8:00pm-9:15pm.

We know starting up a new program can be a little intimidating. We promise to take good care of you and ease your nerves the moment you step foot into our gym!
All of our Beginning CrossFit Series are three weeks long (six classes total). During this series, you can expect to meet our Coaches and learn about what CrossFit is in general and how we run Ballard CrossFit in particular. You'll be taught all the basics needed for long term success by our highly skilled coaching staff.
what if I have to miss a class?
If your schedule doesn't allow you to attend all six classes, don't worry! As long as you can make four out of six classes, we can make up the missed information and still put you through the series! Don't hesitate to reach out to any Coach if you have schedule questions or concerns.
What should i expect from the beginning crossfit classes?
Expect to have some fun starting with the first class! One of our coaches will make you feel at home right away! CrossFit doesn't have to be scary or intimidating, and we will do our best to show you that. You will be in a class with lots of other beginners, so no worries - you won't stand out! You can expect detailed instruction on mechanics and how to perform movements safely, a light workout to give you a taste of what is to come, and a lot of socializing with others in your class. If you aren't having fun, we aren't doing our jobs!
Please wear clothes you can move around in, athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle. Show up about 10 minutes before your scheduled class time to take care of paper work and get set up and ready to rock!
